Celery, apple, coriander and hazelnut salad for the Weekday win. Fresh, crisp and zingy with its honey mustard dressing. Perfect for cleansing the body and soul before the weekend. Raspberry and white chocolate loaf in the making. Amazing what a few simple ingredients and just 40 minutes can produce. Just what the doctor orders on a wet miserable day! Gloriously simple prawn salad, packed full of goodness and flavour and served with some of my toasted brioche croutons. A great way to start the week. Lemon garlic chicken is one of my favourite meals to cook and eat. So crisp and juicy and the meat just falls apart. Thrown together in just 5 minutes and gently roasted in the oven for 40. Ideal to prep ahead of time, making it the perfect meal for busy families. My healthy mixed slaw is super amazing and great with so many different meals. Another 4 ingredient, 15 minute meal here at the KF kitchen. Tonight we are having deliciously meatfree Quorn mince, diced cucumber, rice and dill bowls. Starting Wednesday the right way with a glorious fruit salad. I have added all the fruits from the fridge; watermelon, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries and grapes with a little touch of fresh mint to make everything pop! 4 ingredient, 15 minute deliciously meatfree Quorn meatball and pasta soup. A total throw together last minute dinner trying to use up my freezer stash and pantry staples (before they expire) and to make room for more ice cream! Dark chocolate olive oil cake. OMG this cake is so rich yet light and fluffy and oh so delicious!
