So I made croissant bread and butter pudding last night. I cut the ingredients in half as I only had 2 croissants but the recipe came from @stylesweetdaily . I also added dark chocolate buttons. I have to say it was delicious but I really did not like the texture. I guess you either hate bread pudding or love it.... hmmm. How amazing is it to finally have a little bit of sun and for it to actually be warm? I had to take my coat, scarf and jumper off on the walk home this evening. It was glorious. On the way home I walk along the prominade and it is dotted with cherry blossom trees which is one of my favourite trees. Don't need any filter tonight. The sky was glorious and the trees stunning. . We had such a great morning celebrating one of Alexander's close friends 2nd birthday. We really loved the shopping and meat sections @imaginosity . So much fun had. And now I am exhausted! Not as much done today as I would have liked but at least we are set for a day or two for food (there are lots more veggies prepped in the fridge too). Vegetable lasagne, veggie loaded tomato sauce, pasta, eggs, fruit pots and the new favourite vegetable is sugar snap peas and we are going to have banana pancakes for breakfast tomorrow before going to a 2nd birthday extravaganza party for one of Alexander's closest friends.
